File formats/programmes added
thyssenkruppelevatorseame.com provides many different files, such as audio/video files and different types of document. The software required to view the files is provided by the manufacturers as a download at the following links.
Flash
If you do not have the necessary extension to view these files, you can download it free of charge from the Macromedia website. Following the manufacturer's installation instructions.
You must have at least Version 7 to view Flash films correctly.
PDF files
We use PDF format to view documents in their original layout. You will need Acrobat Reader to open these files, which you can download free of charge from the Adobe website.
Printing
Use the print function on your browser to print pages. Click on the "Easy printer version" link at the bottom of each page to obtain an optimised version for printing. This function creates a special version of the contents to print that excludes the heading graphics and the browser bar. This reduces printing times and toner/ink consumption.
Downloading of files
In the downloads section you will find files that can be downloaded in various formats (tif, jpg, dwg, etc.). The correct technique for downloading these files is as follows: Right click on the text which is beside the diskette icon and choose the option save target as... Choose the directory in your computer where you want to download the files and wait for the download to be completed.
